Preliminary Layout
In this step, we develop two distinct floor plan options based on the gathered requirements and preferences. These options are presented to the client for review and selection. This ensures the client has the opportunity to participate in the design process by choosing a floor plan option that best suits their vision.
Concept Development
By presenting our concept to the client, we aim to provide a comprehensive overview of the proposed design; including its visual elements, materials and fixtures. This step encourages client feedback and collaboration to ensure alignment with their vision and preferences before producing a full plan package.
Full Plan Package
By providing this full plan package, we ensure clarity and accuracy in the implementation of the design concept, facilitating seamless communication with contractors and ensuring the successful execution of the project. This comprehensive documentation serves as a valuable guide throughout the construction phase and beyond.
Phase 2 - Project
Management
Invoiced at an hourly rate, with a minimum retainer, Phase 2 initiates our thorough project management process. As each project varies in its timeline and scope, our billing structure adapts accordingly, ensuring you receive dedicated time to refine every aspect.

Orders
By efficiently managing the procurement process in this initial step, we lay the groundwork for the successful execution of the design project, ensuring that all necessary materials, furniture, and equipment are sourced and prepared for installation in a timely manner.
Site Visits
By conducting regular site visits and actively overseeing the work progress, we ensure the design vision is implemented according to plan and that any issues or discrepancies are addressed promptly. Additionally, ensuring all stakeholders have access to necessary materials and information.
Install Day
This final step is where we experience the space coming to life. By overseeing the installation process on-site, we ensure that the design vision is executed with precision and attention to detail.
